Something You Should Know About Dr. Pattavina
Jonathan Pattavina received his degree in 1992 from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Continuing his training, he spent two years at the VAMC, Yale School of Medicine Clinical Campus performing a rigorous surgical residency. He originally opened an office in Keene in 1994, expanding his practice to Peterborough in 1996. Since, he has become Board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Pattavina is presently on staff at Mondanock Community Hospital, Cheshire Medical Center, and the Bedford Surgical Center.
Although Dr. Pattavina is trained in foot and ankle surgery, it is his ethics and personal philosophy that makes him unique, "It is the patient you treat, not just the problem". Treatment will be tailored to meet the needs of the patients. All individuals are treated conservatively in a stepwise fashion. His understanding of medicine, biomechanics and orthopedics often allow treatment to remain conservative. Only when conservative therapy has failed is surgical intervention considered.
Rest assured you're in caring, competent hands with Dr. Pattavina.
